Frank Felker, Proprietor
Frank brings thirty years of entrepreneurial experience producing video, music, web and print collateral material to every Spring Lake production.

He has been involved in over 100 video productions and has spent hundreds of hours in recording studios for clients including the United States Navy, NEC America, L'Enfant Plaza Properties, Hakuhodo Advertising and the Association of American Railroads. He has also overseen the creation and production of millions of dollars of print collateral material and direct mail for clients including Interstate Van Lines and National Capitol PPO.

Twice the emcee at Fourth of July celebrations at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Frank has produced live events locally at the Bayou in Georgetown, America Online headquarters and at venues in New York City, Atlanta, Dallas and San Francisco. He is also the founder and president of Six Minute Cinema, the Digital Filmmaking Festival.

Gary DeMoss, Cinematographer
Gary is a world-class cinematographer and producer who has shot on location around the globe for programs presented by National Geographic, the Discovery Channel, ABC, CBS and Warner Brothers.

Winner of numerous local Emmy awards, Gary co-produced the award winning documentary, “Civil War, The Fiery Trial”, hosted by Edwin Newman, with an original score by Grammy award winner Jon Carroll, which has sold over one million copies internationally.

Gary's company, Paradise Productions, is fully equipped with cinema-quality production and post-production equipment. When your job needs that "Nat Geo" look, Gary's the man for the job.

Grayson Mattingly, Videographer
Since the 1960s Grayson Mattingly has been a recognized pioneer in the video production industry. Author of three books on the topic, he has received numerous awards including Communicator of the Year from the International Television Association.

Grayson has produced video-based training solutions for clients including AT&T, Boeing Information Systems, the National Science Foundation and Navy Federal Credit Union. His team of writers, actors, directors and post-production technicians create compelling, cinematic presentations that capture student attention and vastly increase retention of sometimes tedious subject matter.

Mark Oliva, Database and eCommerce Programming
Mark has been a management/technology consultant for over 10 years for firms including General Electric, Johnson & Johnson and Booz·Allen & Hamilton. His company, Sotron Solutions, specializes in managing large scale software development efforts. He was the project manager for the $350,000 online collaboration and project tracking system developed by Frank's previous employer Document Planet.

Mark holds an MS in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech's College of Engineering, a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania's Moore School, and a BS in Economics (with concentration in Marketing) from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Mark has written a number of proprietary Java-based software applications which manage Internet server functions and has taught graduate-level classes on enterprise network solutions and software design equality's an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Virginia Tech.

Derek Wille, Audio Producer and Recording Engineer
A multitalented, university educated musician, composer, arranger, studio engineer and record producer, Derek has performed with Cher and Carly Simon and written music for a variety of corporate clients including TimeLife.

His multi-track digital recording facility, Art of Music Studios, features two separate studios and produces projects ranging from independent music CDs to corporate training programs and books on tape.

All projects are recorded direct to hard drive which allows for almost limitless manipulation and "sweetening" of sounds to create exactly the desired effect.
